You’ll need an Adobe ID to read ebooks from Read Liverpool. You may already have one if you have other Adobe software, such as Photoshop. You only need one - it can be used across multiple devices.
If you don’t already have an Adobe ID you can get one now. It’s free and only takes a few minutes. Your ID is the email and password you enter – just keep a note of both once the process is complete.
To read ebooks on a Windows PC or laptop you need to install software called Adobe Digital Editions.

Follow the download prompts and then install.
Once you have installed the software on your PC or laptop you're ready to use Read Liverpool.
Sign in with your library card number and PIN when browsing so that you can borrow ebooks and audiobooks.
To listen to audiobooks on your Windows PC or laptop you need to install Overdrive software for Windows.

Once you have installed the software on your PC or laptop you're ready to use Read Liverpool.
Sign in with your library card number and PIN when browsing so that you can borrow audiobooks.
If you've joined Read Liverpool already you can set up a RB Digital account that will allow you to access Comics Plus.
Enter your library card number (leave off the letters LVP) or ‘Online only’ membership number (begins with H) and click 'Next'.
Enter your name, email address and password you used to join Read Liverpool (don't use your library PIN). Click on 'Create Account'.
Note: If you have borrowed Zinio eMagazines before, you will already have a RB Digital account which you can also use to borrow comics.
Once you have an RB Digital account you are ready to start browsing for comics.
